This privacy policy sets out the privacy practices for IPEVO Corp. ( "we", "us" )in association with our online and offline provision of goods and services, and with the operation of our website < ipevo.com or vurbo.ai > (the "Website" ) and all associated sub-domains.

This page is used to inform you of our policies regarding the collection, processing, use, protection and sharing (collectively, "processing") of information that directly or indirectly identifies, relates to, describes or is reasonably capable of being associated with you ("data", "personal data" or "personal information") when you:

The products, services, websites, software, events, activities and operation mentioned above are collectively known as the "Services" , and each a "Service" .

The rights and choices you have about your personal information are also described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy constitutes a part of our Terms of Use. We suggest you read this Privacy Policy carefully.

When you use our Services, our collection, processing, use, protection and disclosure of your personal information are bound by this Privacy Policy.

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION

The categories of personal information we collect depend on the Service you use, and the requirements of applicable law.

1.1 Personal Information that You Provide.

• Account and profile information: Certain portion of the Services require you to create an account or become a registered user with us. When you do so, you provide information such as your full name, contact number, email address, username, password, company name, job title, company address, city and region, and tax ID.
• Order/Trial Application/Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) details: When you place an order, make a subscription, apply for a trial, or submit a merchandise return request to us, such as through our Website, on the phone or via email, we will collect your email address, name, product/service details, payment method, billing address, delivery address, country of use and other details necessary for processing your order/request, deliver the product/service you order, or making refund.
• Payment details: When you place an order, you may directly provide your payment details (e.g., credit card information) to us, such as by email, fax or an online form.
• Event participation: When you sign up for or participate in our online/off-line trade shows, exhibitions, training courses, webinars, and similar events, you provide us information such as your name, email and other contact details, affiliation details, job title and industry. Your participation in an event may be recorded, such as when you engage in discussions with us at a webinar.
• Electronic marketing communications sign-up. When you subscribe to our newsletter, mailing list or other electronic marketing communications, you provide information such as your full name, email address, country, and job title.
• Social media campaigns/contests/sweepstakes. When you participate in our social media campaigns/contests/sweepstakes on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook etc., you provide us information such as your full name, email and other contact information, and country. If you participate in a referral campaign, you also provide us similar information regarding your referee. Please make sure your referee agrees to your provision of his/her your personal information.
• Event sponsorship submission. When you submit an application for event sponsorship with us, you provide us information such as your full name, email address, contact number, place of work, and work address.
• Correspondence. If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or contact us via telephone, you provide us information such as your name, your inquiry, complaint, or feedback on our Services. Your phone conversations or chat sessions with our representatives may be monitored and recorded in order to improve our Services, and to facilitate the processing and resolution of your request or complaint.
• Projected content. The content you project with an IPEVO product or Software is generally transmitted in your local network, and therefore will not be processed by us. However, to enable certain features (such as long-distance projection), the content you project may temporarily be processed at our server.
• Other information you choose to give us, such as when you fill in a form via the Service, exchange name cards with during our sales/marketing representative visits, submit your inquiry, comment or request, publish content via the Services (e.g., stories and photos from our sponsored events or winners of our contests and promotions), or otherwise communicate with us.

The personal Information we will ask you to provide with information fields marked with an asterisk (*) or otherwise indicated as mandatory, are required in order to process your order, create your account, enable the Service, or comply with the law. For example, for software orders placed in the EU, country of use is mandatory as we need this information for European VAT calculation purposes. You may also have the option to provide us with additional personal information in order to make your experience with our Services more personalized.

1.2 Automatically Collected Personal Information.

• Information about your account, such as an automatically created internal account ID, subscription status, and your account settings.
• Information about your use of the Service, such as registration, login, landing page, searches in our online store, downloads of resources from the Service, and visits and clicks on a certain page.
• Information about your network connection, such as your IP address, mobile carrier, and internet service provider.
• Information about your device, such as device name and operating system, browser type and language, mobile device identifiers (e.g., advertising IDs), and license-related information (e.g., unique device identifiers).
• Log information, such as log files, timestamps, diagnostic or crash data, website performance logs, error messages or reports, and aggregate use history.
• Approximate location information (e.g., country), as derived from IP address.
• Information we collect with cookies or similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

1.3 Personal Information Collected from Third Parties or Publicly Available Sources.

In providing the Service, we may also cooperate with third parties or consult publicly available sources, such as local subsidiaries, local distributors, industry associations, social networking sites, data analytics providers and advertising networks, which may involve collecting supplementary information about you, such as:

• Your name, contact details and country via your referrer, if you are referred by a friend to Our services.
• Information about your payment made via a third-party payment service provider (such as online ATM, PayPal, etc.), so that we could confirm your payment and process your order.
• Information about your purchase of our products from a local subsidiary or local distributor, such as that necessary to deliver your order to you.
• Information we receive if you link a third-party tool with the Service, such as when you login with your Google, YouTube or Facebook account.

2.1 To Enable the Services

On basis of necessity to perform your contract with us (e.g., your sales agreement with us, our Terms of Use, and the terms for a particular event), and/or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract with us, we collect and process necessary personal information to:

• Assist you to create and manage your account, including by verifying your email, verifying your acceptance of our Terms of Use, and saving your account settings.
• Process your order/RMA, including by confirming your order, verifying your payment, and processing refund at your request.
• Provide and deliver portions of the Services you request, including by delivering the product you order, providing supporting materials, and allowing access to online services covered by your subscription.
• Manage your participation in our online/off-line training courses, webinars, and other similar events, including by confirming your sign-up, sending you event reminders, and recording certain events.
• Manage your participation in our social media campaigns/contests/sweepstakes, including by confirming your eligibility, sending you winner’s notice, and delivering you the prize.
• Process your sponsorship submission, including by screening application and reaching out to you.
• Respond to your requests and provide customer support, including by forwarding your request to our appropriate team, contacting you for more details, sending you a replacement, and keeping an internal record of the processing of your request.
• Ensure the safety, security, and integrity of our Service, including by verifying accounts on an ongoing basis, and investigating and addressing violations of our Terms of Use.
• Send you Service-related communications (such as order confirmation, delivery notice, updates to our warranty policy, and account security alerts), including by identifying relevant Service-related notifications for you, and keeping an internal record on our communication with you.
• Transfer, store or process your personal information in a third country where our facility, or a subsidiary, supplier or partner is located. For more information, see Section 5 "International Transfers" below.

2.2 To Improve the Services and Customize Your Service Experience

On basis of your consent and/or our legitimate interest to improve the Service, we collect and process necessary personal information to:

• Customize your Service experience when you enable certain feature or device-based settings, such as accepting analytical cookies.
• Aggregate user information of different modules of the Services for more efficient management of the Services.
• Test out new features of the Services and our other products/services, undertake experimentation to evaluate new product/service components.
• Collect and aggregate metrics (such as website traffic) to monitor service performance, reliability, and efficiency, so we can ensure and optimize service quality.
• Send you related information, such as updates, new products, features, support messages, upgrade opportunities, contests and events of interest.
• Manage our relationship with you and seek your feedback on our Service.

2.3 To Comply with Applicable Law

In accordance with the applicable law, on basis of our legitimate interest to protect ourselves, and/or the necessity to protect the vital interests of you or of another natural person, we collect and process necessary personal information to:

• Comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject, such as sharing your order information with the relevant government authority for customs clearance of cross-border orders.
• Comply with a request by a competent court or other law enforcement authority.
• Enforce our Terms of Use.
• Establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, including by seeking the necessary legal advice.

2.4 To Market the Services and Our Other Products/Services

To market the Services and our other products/services, including by sending you marketing communications (such as via email), and showing you personalized advertisements in the Services as well as in other websites and services, we, on basis of your consent and/or our legitimate interest to market our products and services, collect and process necessary personal information to:

• Provide you promotional offers in the Services as well as in other websites and services (including by email).
• Track the content you access in connection with the Services and your online behavior.
• Deliver, target and improve our advertising practice.

We may use remarketing/retargeting services provided by Google, Facebook, etc., to advertise on third party platforms to you on basis of information collected upon your access to our Service. We, and our third-party vendors, use cookies and/or advertising identifiers to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past access to our Service. Depending on the privacy settings on your device, the information collection may initiate immediately when you launch our Service.

Our use of remarking/retargeting services will always be in compliance with the privacy settings on your device, and the applicable platform rules. For information on how to opt-out from personalized advertisements, see Section 6 "Your Data Protection Rights and Options" below.

2.5 Additional Purposes with Your Consent

With your consent, we may collect and process your personal information for additional purposes, such as to conduct research, or other promotional activities or events sponsored or managed by us or our business partners. When we do so, we will always seek your prior consent.

3. RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will retain your personal information as needed for the purpose for which your personal information is collected, as required for the applicable law, or for other legitimate purposes, such as protecting or defending our rights. We will not retain your personal information for longer than is necessary for our business purposes or for legal requirements. The retention periods of your personal information are determined on a case-by-case basis that depends on the following factors:

• The nature of the personal information, and the purpose of its collection and processing. The length of time we will retain your personal information will generally be determined by how long we need that information to provide you with the Service, including any optional features you use and to provide customer support. For example, we keep your account information for the lifetime of your account. When you cancel or your account or your account is otherwise terminated, we will take steps to remove or anonymize that personal information from our server.
• Operational needs. In certain cases, we need to store personal information for operational needs. For example, when you opt out of receiving promotional communications, we will keep your contact details (such as phone number and email address) in our opt-out recipient list.

4.1 Our Service Providers

We employ third-party services to facilitate our Service, to provide the Services on our behalf, or to help us improve the Service. These third-party service providers may process your personal information, only at and according to our instructions, for purposes of Service-related tasks, such as hosting, user support, advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. We also ensure that these service providers are contractually obligated to take appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure safety. Such third-party services include:

• We work with our local subsidiaries and distributors that may assist us with the operation of the Service.
• We use services of network infrastructure service providers for data hosting and infrastructure.
• We work with designated payment service providers and logistic service provider that may assist us with the processing of your payment and delivering products/documents to you, such as when we process your order paid via a third-party payment service, and send you paper-based invoice for the order.
• We use analytics services by Google, Facebook etc., to understand how the Services is used, to optimize user experience, to facilitate the continuous development of our Service, and to help with our marketing.
• We use third-party cloud-based software and online services to assist us with internal management of information (such as when we pass your inquiry to the appropriate team), and our communication with you.
• We work with Google and other advertising partners to market the Services and our other products/services, including by providing you with interest-based ads.

4.2 Other Users

Other users may be able to receive your personal information via the Service. For example, when you publish stories and photos from our sponsored events or winners of our contests and promotions in the Services, other users may be able to see your name, affiliation, photo, etc.

4.3 Public Authorities, Other Organizations

In accordance with the applicable law and/or per a legally made request, we may provide your personal information to public authorities. We may also disclose your personal information based on your consent, or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users or others.

4.4 Mergers and Acquisitions

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred as a portion of our assets. We will provide notice before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We operate the Services across the globe. Depending on your region and the portion of the Services you use, your personal information may be stored on servers controlled by us or our hosting service provider located in Taiwan or the United States. In certain cases, we may need to transfer your personal information to a different jurisdiction (a “third country”), which may be of a different level of privacy protection than that are applicable in yours. Where we do so, we rely separately, alternatively, and independently on the applicable legal bases. We take steps to ensure that adequate safeguards and mechanisms are in place for the protection of your personal information.

If we transfer your personal data from the European Economic Area (EEA) to a third country, we ensure that an adequate degree of protection for your personal data as within the EEA, by implementing that at least one of the following safeguards:

• The third country that your personal data are transferred to is one that recognized by the European Commission with an adequacy decision as offering an adequate level of protection.

• The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any data you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request us to complete the data you believe is incomplete.
• The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we erase/delete your personal data, under certain conditions.
• The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that we temporarily or permanently restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
• The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
• The right to data portability – You have the right to request that we transfer the data you have provided us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format directly to you, or to another party to the extent technically feasible, under certain conditions.
• Right not to be subject to automated decision-making – You have the right to not be subject to a decision based solely on automated decision making (including profiling) with your personal data, where the decision would have a legal effect on you or produce a similarly significant effect.

Where we process your personal information on basis of your consent, you will always have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please note your withdrawal of consent does not impact the lawfulness of processing prior to such withdrawal, and that we may rely on other legal bases to process that personal information after your withdrawal.

We will respond to all requests in accordance with applicable laws and within a reasonable timeframe. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, you may also appeal our decision on your request by contacting us in any of the ways provided above.

To protect your privacy, we may also take additional steps to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf to exercise your rights. When doing so, you need to provide that authorized agent written and signed permission to submit such request, in addition to verifying your own identity directly with us.

Should you wish to report a complaint or if you feel that we have not addressed your concern in a satisfactory manner, you may lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

6.2 Direct Marketing Communications

With your consent, we may use your personal information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may object to personal information processing direct marketing purposes at any time. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the instructions provided in such communications. The updated settings may not be effective immediately, but we follow your instructions as soon as reasonably feasible. Please note that you may still continue to receive non-promotional emails from us, such as order confirmation, delivery notice, account security alerts, important changes regarding the Service, or updates to this Privacy Policy.

The Services are not intended for children younger than 16 years of age, or of any age under the applicable law that is unable to independently give valid consent to data collection (the “Restricted Age”). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the Restricted Age. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your children have provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the Restricted Age, we take steps to remove that personal information from our servers, unless we have a legal obligation to keep it.

We value your trust in providing us with your personal information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, we are continuously developing and implementing organizational and technical security measures, including pseudonymization and/or encryption of your personal information, and access control to our servers, to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your personal information, and to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure, destruction, loss, misuse or alteration.

Despite our endeavor to protect your personal information, there is an inherent risk of encountering an unexpected security breach. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

Our Services may contain links to other websites or services. If you click on a third-party link, please understand that you are leaving the Services and any personal information you provide will not be covered by this Privacy Policy. Please be aware that we cannot control or be held responsible for third parties’ privacy practices and content. We strongly advise that you review their privacy policies.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices with respect to the processing of personal information, or changes in the applicable law. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page, and by other means as appropriate under the circumstances. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully, and to regularly check this page to review any changes we might make in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. If we make any material changes, we will notify you as required under applicable law, including by posting a notice in the Services prior to the change becoming effective. 11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives California residents certain rights with respect to the processing of personal information, and requires businesses to made certain disclosures. The following information supplements the other sections of this Privacy Policy.

11.1 Personal Information Collected and Processed

Section 1 of this Privacy Policy describes the categories of personal information that we collect and process about you, and the sources from which we obtain each category.

The personal information we collect may constitute sensitive personal information under the CCPA (such as when you directly provide your credit card number in combination with the security code by email). We only collect and use such information to the extent necessary for providing the Service. We do not use sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics about you.

11.2 Disclosures of Personal Information for a Business Purpose

We may disclose personal information listed in Section 1 to the categories of recipients listed in Section 4 for one or more business purposes listed in Section 4 of this Privacy Policy.

11.3 Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information. However, we do provide certain personal information to our services providers in the course of using third-party services. For example, we may provide information collected with cookies and similar technologies to Google and advertising partners for purposes of enabling interest-based advertising. If you prefer not to receive interest-based advertising, please see the opt-out options listed in Section 6.3.

You may also use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information function on our Website, or use opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), to opt-out of the sharing of your personal information.

11.4 Financial Incentives

We generally do not offer financial incentives for personal information, but we provide other programs that collect personal information, such as contests, sweepstakes, or other similar promotional campaigns, which may be interpreted as a "financial incentive" program under the CCPA. In addition, we reserve the right to implement any new user referral reward scheme. When we do so, we will take steps to ensure compliance with the applicable law, including the CCPA.

To the extent that our promotional campaigns are considered "financial incentives" under the CCPA, the value of your personal information to us is related to the value of the free or discounted products or services, or other benefits that you obtain or that are provided as part of the applicable promotional campaign, less the expense related to offering those products, services, and benefits to the promotional campaign.

You may withdraw from participating in a promotional campaign at any time by contacting us using the designated method set forth in the applicable promotional campaign rules.

11.5 Your Rights

• Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
